International Children’s Relief Fund, Inc. needed a dynamic website to help further their cause and organization. We provided publishing tools, along with a donations utility, and various media outlets for their growth. Molecule Generator

This program was developed to create 3d models from the protein data bank. Molecule Generator was developed to view the wonders of molecular structure and function and eventually use the 3d models as a learning/educational tool.

The Molecule Generator script was developed in late 2008 and early 2009. The script was developed with Blender version 2.49.

The program used to generate the models is Blender, a free open source 3d modeling suite.

A compilation of several .pdb files in a blender 3d model:
